We offer our customers a large variety of pasty flavours and sizing options. We use the finest West Country ingredients from local farms and suppliers, to create the highest quality pasties. Our traditional recipe uses only beef skirt, combining it with swede, onion and potatoes, seasoning it the way we have for generations, enclosing it in a rich pastry case. We use no artificial ingredients or binding agents, and we process our own beef. Our Cornish pasties are handcrafted, with excellent portion sizes. We make them, bake them… and we sell them with pride… again and again, decade after decade.
